Building Indian Country, together.
The Indian Country Construction Exchange (ICCX) exists to make tribal procurement visible. Opportunities that build housing, roads, health facilities, and enterprises across Oklahoma’s sovereign nations have long been scattered across dozens of separate websites, portals, and PDF postings — easy to miss and hard to track.
ICCX brings them together. We continuously aggregate and normalize open RFPs and bids from tribal nations including the Cherokee, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Osage, Quapaw, Kiowa, Modoc, Delaware, Miami, and United Keetoowah Band — with deadlines, documents, and contacts in one members-only exchange.
Why members-only
Active opportunities are reserved for members so that tribal clients reach a serious, qualified audience and vendors get a trusted, well-maintained board. Requesting access takes a minute.
Respect & accuracy
ICCX republishes public procurement notices to improve their reach. We always link back to the issuing nation, and bidders should verify every detail with the source before responding.
